Hello, hello,

Today a dish that I'm alone to eat at home, but I rarely do I love. Here there are some days I made on a whim and as always a treat.
I give you the recipe.

What you need (for two):

A mixture of seafood (frozen or not) - 8 scampi - strips of squid - a small jar of vongole - a little crushed tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes) - 30cl cream - salt - pepper - fresh basil - 5 cherry tomatoes - a shallot - a small clove of garlic.
Of tagliatelle.

Chop the shallot and garlic, made back in a little olive oil, add the chopped tomatoes, cream, simmer a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
I put the seafood, clams and calamari in a small pan I put on low heat.
Scampi you clean, remove the intestines etc. And you fry quickly in a little fat apart.
You integrate seafood and prawns with cherry tomatoes, halved a few minutes before serving, otherwise the seafood turn into rubber.
Also add the chopped basil and season to taste.

Serve hot with fresh tagliatelle preference ...
